Arranging the order of facets in the list
Configure Facets displays all of the search fields that are included as facets in the Searching interface. The order in which the search fields are listed determines the order of the facets in the Searching interface. You can use the Change Order arrows to determine the order of the facets.
To arrange the order of facets
- Log in to the Admin console.
- Choose Profiles from the navigation pane.
- From the configuration menu of the profile, choose Configure Facet Display.

Next to the facet you want to move, choose either the up (
) or down (
) arrow.The facet moves up or down when you choose the corresponding button. The order is saved each time you move a facet.
